The website is owned and operated by DHA. The information contained in this system is considered Confidential Information and is proprietary to DHA. Access to the system is being provided by DHA for the DRTRR program and is subject to the terms and conditions of the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) executed between DHA and MDHA[1]. By accessing the system you agree to those terms and conditions. You agree to keep the information contained in the system confidential by using a reasonable degree of care when accessing the information and by not disclosing Confidential Information, which includes information relating to the architecture, content of the web portal as well as program workflow and/or processes associated with the system, to any third party without the express written consent of DHA.
Access to the information is being provided by DHA; however, the content, design, architecture and associated processing workflows is proprietary to DHA.

[1] As of November 17, 2021 the NDA between DHA and MDHA is pending negotiation and execution; however, in an effort to move the program forward, DHA is providing access to its Confidential Information during the negotiation period. User agrees that access to login to an account prior to the execution of the NDA is being provided upon the condition that user will be subject to the terms and conditions of the NDA upon its execution. At all times, access to the system and the information contained in the system remains proprietary to DHA and is considered Confidential Information that shall not be disclosed to any third party without the written consent of DHA.
